Natural Remedy for Seasonal Allergies

I spoke to an herbalist last year about allergies.  She recommended Allergy Easer oil, and simply inhaling it.  At the time I was sick with all that yucky stuff, and told her I'd be back to buy it.

However, I never did.  I went on-line and found it in a roll-on.  Since the inhaling of the oils is meant for ages 12 and up, I figured the roll-on would be much safer for my 10 year-old also.

After a few weeks of using it, we are thrilled with it.  Waking up coughing, throats sore and sinus drainage, we simply roll on the natural allergy remedy and soon we feel better.

I'm not posting to sell this product, but simply letting others know it exists.  For us it works.  I do plan on buying the oil also (for myself).  Then I can keep a small vile in my pocket and use it anywhere.  My 10 year-old has hi-jacked my roll-on and keeps it with her.

I'm thrilled I don't have to buy boxes and boxes of allergy medications anymore.  I'm also thrilled I don't have to put those medications in my body (or my daughter's).

Again, I'm not a doctor, or selling this stuff, but wanted to share so others are aware it exists.

Good to know. I will bookmark this for sure as we all suffer around here.

Good idea! My hubby has had some bad allergies this spring, with all the severe pollen...

I am so glad you did share! That looks like something I would like to try. Does it by any chance have a list of the oils that are in it? I doubt that it does, but it would be nice to know which ones were in it.

And yes, it is WONDERFUL being able to reduce the amount of chemical laden medications. I am having to take some right now, but they scare me.

Again, thanks so much for sharing this!

I wonder if I could get this in France? my son suffers from seasonal allergies and as school refuse to give him medication, even homeopathic (I sometime even have to go to school a lunch time to give to him) this might be handy for him to have in his pocket.
The ingredients read: organic aloe vera, purified water, organic golden jojoba oil, vegetable glycerin, vegetable emulsifying wax, xanthan gum, essential oils of Lavender Extra, Rosewood, Hyssop, Amni Visnaga and Moroccan Blue Chamomile, and Proplis, Grapefruit seed and olive leaf extracts.

We use homeopathic allergy and sinus tablets and they work well for us.

Apples and Tomatoes Oh My!

The early morning weather here has been downright chilly.  One morning it was 42 degrees.  Flower beds have been weeded.  The herb garden is next in line, but I do need to figure out what to do with all the rosemary plants I planted in the actual vegetable garden.  I have not mastered keeping them alive all winter indoors.  They will not survive the winter if left outside. Did any of my blog writing followers locate a better "blog" platform online?  Just curious if anyone is moving from blogger.

Under the Weather ~ What's Growing?

I have not been around in blogland much, due to being under the weather after I pushed myself way to far one day.  I have to remember we cannot do it all in one day.  Thank goodness for teas and tinctures, and healing foods (and rest).  We are feeling better. As for our blogs being used for advertising on many websites, and so forth (I can't see any other reason for the source of views: howstuffworks, dominospizza, mayoclinic {not the blog readers interested in my actual blog}) the numbers continue to climb.  I have not found a way to "opt" out either.  If any of you find a new way to avoid this, blog elsewhere, find a new platform etc, please be sure to share.   If your blog has ads, you are are not going to complain, ha ha!  You are probably making a bucko-bucks with all these visitors to your blog. Okay, back to the update post . . .

16 Weeks Until Christmas

It's not hard to believe that we are traveling closer to the winter holidays.  I'm trying to focus on enjoying every single day until then, but I am fitting in a few snippets of holiday preparing.  Christmas is my favorite holiday of the year.  It's hard to believe it's the last day of August. I have not yet gotten rid of the links to all the advertisers using my blog posts, but again, still working on it. However, my profile has gone from my blog, and while I am in settings, it is not able to add as a "gadget" to the blog.  Weird things are happening.   Google had a data breach recently as well, so gmail users were advised to change passwords.  Not sure what else is going on, but just in case you are wondering why my "profile" is not on my blog any longer.   Okay, back to the Christmas countdown post . . .
