The baby chicks are not yet ready to go outside yet. Once they have all of their feathers, and the weather is nice, we can finally put them in their separate coop from the hens. I am praying they all get along, and that we don’t have more than one rooster in this new batch of barred rocks. Our plan is to sell eggs by the roadside this summer. That is, if we have any extras after making homemade noodles, etc. and sharing with our families. They love their new organic chicken feed.

Make it do,
Or go without."

April ~ It's a New Month
I find that surprising someone each month, with "fun" mail, is rewarding in many ways. Today is a new day, a new month, and a perfect time to let someone know you love them. Dig out your stationary or recycled paper, and make someone’s day this month.
