It appears that the pattern for these have been moved on Martha Stewart's site. Click on Embroidered Drink Cover When that comes up, click on the highlighted words "print the template" in the paragraph, to print off the pattern for these. Adding a photo of one of mine. I used a disappearing ink to trace mine, and embroidered them right after I traced them. Hope this helps.
