Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Barbecued green beans are are already in the crock pot. I decided on that, and a yellow squash and corn casserole today. The green beans are made with my homemade ketchup, and the casserole with the corn we put up (and homemade baking mix). Simple. I'm lucky to have found organic yellow squash at the grocery store.

Today is a good day to post a gratitude list.
Today I am thankful for:
1. The sunshine today
2. Crock pot meals
3. For the possibility that both kiddos may be home for Christmas
4. Snail mail
5. Good coffee
6. For the night off from work (aside from barn duties today)
7. Fresh fruit
8. Progress in getting organized
9. God's Mercy and Guidance
10. Friends and Family
