Brought in another 3# of jalapenos. We have now harvested a little over 12# of them.
Brought in 8oz. of hot banana peppers. Not enough for mustard sauce. I guess I will wait a day and see if I'll get more.
More of the ladies are laying. They love the new coop. We will soon start clearing the cement slab hopefully move them before winter.
You’ve been busy! Love that Praying Mantis! The production of the garden keeps us hopping for sure! Have a wonderful day!

ReplyDeleteM.Meyers, it did!
ReplyDeleteWildflower Adventures, cleaning is about to turn to canning
ReplyDeleteWhat do you do with all your jalapenos? That's a lot of heat!
ReplyDeleteLady Locust, I can Cowboy candy, and freeze some, dehydrate some and use them in other canning recipes like hot pepper relish, hot pepper jelly and BBQ sauce etc.
ReplyDeleteAh ha! Thank you. Hubby has a bunch growing - I don’t eat them - so needed some guidance (ideas) 😁
DeleteWow, you have been busy you are on fire...
ReplyDeletemamasmercantile, ha ha! The garden is throwing a lot on me now, so cleaning is on the bottom of the list now.
