I'm still using the homemade nail oil, but after planting flowers, dropping mulch, and weeding flower beds (and other outdoor work before the rain poured for days), my nails are peeling, cut down to the quick, and look terrible. I'll keep using it and update later. Homesteading work at it's best ha ha!
We dug up your rhubarb plants last fall, so they are in grow bags and pretty small harvest this spring. They'll get a new home in the ground hopefully soon.

ReplyDeleteDebi, thank you. I had gone to the produce stand to look for fresh tomatoes and found the early strawberries. I asked where they came from, because I too, get them in June. They said they grow them. So good too.
DeleteThose colors are great for the book cover. I wish I had time to take that on for a project but I have to start telling myself no. :-) The strawberries at the grocery store have been so yummy this year.

Betsy, thanks. So far, I have been able to match yarn colors pretty well. The strawberries are grown here locally and are very good. I eat them every day now with breakfast. I plan to see if they have more this week.
