    I truly need to start crocheting again. I love these squares and I think this would be a great winter activity since I read more at that time of the year.

      Carol, I do more crocheting in winter too, but this is a small project that is doable for all year long. It's a join as you go blanket (my first Join at you go, and my first "book" blanket).
