Door Decor ~ Tidbits

The changing of the wreath.

I finally took down my bright, floral door wreath, and put up my fall/winter apple wreath.  I've had this wreath for over 10 years and it still looks nice.  It covers the fall and winter seasons.

I was happy to get writing time in yesterday, but Jesse is beside himself.  Even though he gets three walks a day, he immediately wants to go back out after a walk.  He'll sit and cry at the door, until I cave and walk him again.  He misses his master.

It was a good day to do a library run, and I came home with some Christmas gift idea books. My 16 year-old set up some volunteer work with a librarian, and I get to read through some fun books.  Hopefully tonight.

...this may be my shortest blog post yet.

  1. I love that wreath and I don't always like some wreathes but yours is really pretty. I too went to the library yesterday but I took books back an did not get any more. I have plenty to read in my own library! LOL! Have a great rest of your week.

  5. Sandra, I hope to have some pumpkins from the garden next year, and we can decorate with corn stalks from the popcorn too.

  6. Great looking wreath! I've never had outdoor wreaths except for the Christmas ones. Gotta work on that! I've got on my list to get out my Halloween decorations. If I don't get on that pronto, I might as well go right to Thanksgiving!

  7. Mama Pea, I do have a screen door, so the wreath doesn't get bothered by weather, but it can still be seen.

  9. Emma, I did not make it. I bought it at a craft barn years ago. It's one thing I got my money's worth from.

  10. Wow!!! That's a beautiful wreath. I thought it was new, and not only that - I thought the fruit was real too.
    God bless.
