Random Tidbits

We've been having some beautiful sunrises and sunsets here lately.

Good news!  Vet-Tech Daughter-in-Training, has an interview at a Vet clinic!  She has been working at a dog kennel, caring for animals and doing a lot of grooming too.  We are excited for her.  She is working so hard with her schooling, and getting wonderful grades.  She's also working hard at her job.  Even if it isn't the right job, it's a positive start.

I should have been exercising, cleaning the bathroom, or even loading my car with items I'm donating....but I wasn't.  Hubby took an extra shift, working third, so I picked up the knitting needles (while he slept).    We had so many errands to run on Saturday, that we left one for today.

It's raining again today.  Of all days.  We have outdoor work to do, so we hope to comes to a halt.  It's a swamp out there already.

Yes, beautiful sunsets and sun risings! I can't see them here as there are too many trees. I miss that! Congrats to your daughter....I wanted to be a vet but never quite made it....good for her! I love your little heart coaster and glad to see you are taking some time for yourself.

That is great news about your daughter. If it's the right job, I pray she gets it. Will her present employer give her a good recommendation? That would surely help.
It was chilly here today, but the sun was shining brightly, so I got a load of animal blankets washed and hung out to dry.
When I tried to put one of the cats (Bob) outside today, he bit the fire out of my left arm above my wrist, and now my arm looks like someone's been beating me with a stick. I'm always sweet and loving to him, so I have no idea why he turned on me like that. When Bro Tom came home, I told him, so he went to get the cat, and the cat didn't bite him. The little bugger. So when I went to bring Bob back in, I put on a heavy coat so if he turned, all he'd get is fluff. I don't know what the heck he's thinking. I'm the lady that feeds him, and he hurt my feelings big time.
Prayers everyone has a great week, and a safe one too.
God bless.

RB, so sorry that cat turned on you. I wonder what was going on.

I don't know. He's never done anything remotely like that before. I'm being cautious around him now, wearing a heavy jacket when I pick him up.
Bro Tom has taken to letting him out mornings, and he says Bob has never tried to bite him.
Like I said, he really hurt my feelings, cause I'd never hurt any of these animals for anything in the world.
God bless.
