A Little Time

I took a little time to sit on the porch and rest a bit today.  The summer beauty is slowly appearing around the homestead.

Sometimes I have to look at all the "good" to get through all the "bad."

2 Timothy 2:23-25 ESV

"Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil, correcting his opponents with gentleness. God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth"

Pretty! I try not to look at things as good or bad experiences, like my chronic pain/upcoming surgery but something I can learn from. Not always fun, but makes for an interesting change of perspective sometimes...

Your flowers are making me so jealous! :D Nothing is doing well here in New Hampshire yet! What with the hailstorm and heavy rains and then cold snap I am wondering how well many plants are going to do this year! *sigh* So, please keep on sharing pictures from around your farm!
Hugs and enjoy your week,
