Watermelon Popsicles

My 13 year-old daughter was actually bored yesterday.

She cut up a watermelon, cut hearts, dinosaurs and other shapes using cookie cutters,

and added the stick. She froze these for a cool treat and they were delicious. I look forward to her making these more often, especially on hot humid days where I have spent a lot of time in the garden. Yum!
